God has a word for you. He has a word for your family, your future, your finances, your entire life!
But so many live day-in and day-out without knowing what He is saying to them, His children. Why?
Jesus said that if we ask, we will receive. If we seek, we will find. If we knock, the door would be opened unto us. Maybe you have never been taught this, but you have the right, as a child of God, to hear God’s voice and be led by His Spirit.
You have the right to ask God to speak to you and to receive or hear what His voice is saying.
John 10:3-4 says, “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.”
Romans 8: 14 reads: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”
But hearing His words is not enough. We have to do something with it. We have to listen and believe it. When we do, when we receive and believe the RIGHT WORD in the RIGHT PLACE, we have access to enter into God’s perfect will and kingdom.
God has a TODAY WORD for your life. His Today Word ushers in the season of God for you that contains the provision and blessing God has prepared for your life.
He has a fresh word for you.
As God was leading the children of Israel through the wilderness, His daily provision for their food was manna. Every morning God would provide this miraculous meal for every man, woman, and child in the entire nation (except the day before the Sabbath when there would be enough manna for two days). The beautiful type of this “daily bread” is the Word of God.
Jesus said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’” (Matthew 4:4)
The incredible thing about the manna for the children of Israel was that it only had a “shelf life” of just one day. If they tried to make it last for more than one day, it would spoil and be filled with worms.
Religion tries to feed people off of yesterday’s ·manna. It serves up spoiled, rotting bread from another generation.
But God doesn’t want or expect you to live off of someone else’s bread or a past generation’s revelation!
God wants to have a vital, thriving relationship with you. He wants to speak to you as a father speaks to a child.
He was to have a living relationship so He can strengthen you, heal you, deliver you, provide for you, and bless you by giving you His word.
