God never changes his mind, never changes his person, never changes his redemptive plan. Everything that Jesus did—all that he did 2,000 years ago—he wants to do today in his body, the church. He still saves. He still heals. He still delivers. He still baptists. He still does miracles. He still heals cancer today.
But here’s what happened: the church discounted the experience of Christ through signs and wonders and miracles. It has focused on the doctrines of Christ solely.
We are only preaching half the gospel.
The gospel is incomplete without the confirmation of miracles, signs and wonders. That is the evidence of the resurrection.
